Hi guys,
I’m new to these forums, so first off just a friendly hello.
I just bought the following from Myopure:
Microfiltered Whey Protein Isolate 3kg
Maltodextrin 2kgL-Glutamine ‘Degussa’ 1kg
Creatine Monohydrate ‘CreaPure’ 500gWhey Protein Concentrate 1kg
Calcium Caseinate 1kg
Egg White Powder 1kgNow, my general plan is to make from them two different batchs as follows:
Use the MF WPI + MltDex + L-Glut + Creatine as a pre/post workout drink, I would like to get your opinions on how much of each I should be putting in (I’m planning on having to shakes on a workout day, one before on after). My current planned weights are as follows (respective to the above):
30g + 30g + 10g + 5gUse the WPC + Calc Case + Egg White Pwd + L-Glut + Creatine as a shake for my rest days, again two a day (one in the morning one before sleeping). My current planned weights are as follows (respective to the above):
10g + 10g + 10g + 10g + 5gI’m planning on training 3/4 times a week.
Thanks for any opinions you want to throw my way.

I’m pretty new too but check this site out, Very very interesting

Thanks mate i appreciate you trying to give me a heads up, but that is one giant ad ❗
Anything that has emotive language, sensationalism and blatant product endorsment such as this is going to be complete bullshit from a scientific persepective. Anyone who has the vaguest eduaction in a scientific area knows reports should only be written objectively and should avoid any endorsment or direct mention of a product unless it is for the express purpose of direct comparision.
I hate to say it but i think you have been suckered if you went and bought what ever it is they are selling at the bottom of that page.@Dreamphysique wrote:

Normally I’d zap links like this but I clicked through myself.
At first my eyes started rolling. Then the news that GH gut was actually caused by whey protein had my jaw dropping. Then finally, the author signed off
‘Wade McNutt’
…laugh? I nearly shat. I haven’t laughed so much since grandma died and Aunt Mable caught her left tit in the ringer … (apologies to D & C)
Once I’d wiped the tears from my eyes I still wasn’t sure what sort of snake oil Mr McNutt was selling, magnetic protein?
Anyway, click through and have a good laugh. If I can get the camera working I might even post a picture of my ‘whey protein gut’.

30g + 30g + 10g + 5gI’d do 30g + 60g + 10g +5g. If you’re bulking or just trying to get more calories in you can bump up the protein and carbs or try another shake about 1hr pwo (just P + C).

You’ll have to see how that goes. You really only need 5g of creatine per day unless loading and I’ve read a good argument for taking repeated small doses for maintanence. If you’re having two shakes try 2-3g per shake.
I’m on the fence with L-glut although I’m taking it myself while dieting. Lonnie Lowie at t-mag has some l-glut recomendations.
