Wyld for men vs Tribex/Muscle Jack/etc

    Hey guys,

    My flatmate has just bought some Wyld for men and I notice it claims 3750mg of tribulus extract per capsule.

    I’m currently using Muscle Jack which is very similar to the dosage in Tribex 500; around 250-290mg of tribulus…

    So my question is… is it worth double the money for products that contain lesser amount of tribulus extract?

    Is it a mistake on the wyld for men packaging?

    Am I better off ditching my muscle jack and buying wyld for men… ?

    Any thoughts are appreciated

    I quess the first question would be equivalent to how much dry herb?

    Problem is that there seems to be several different ways to quantify the trib content.

    Some will say extract or fruit and root or dry herb and others will ignore it and talk about active saponins.

    It depends whether they are looking for the illusion of quantity or quality.

    I have used several and have no idea which is the best.

    I’m not sure about measurments etc but I know what worked for me and that was:
    #1 Elemental nutrition/andrigen
    #2 Gen/ Humanovar.

    I take none of that now because realistically it’s all shit. Tribex is rubbish and wyld for men is a pleasant introduction to viagra for older men and it doesn’t work either.

    One of the young guys I’ve been training with lately was telling me him and his ‘boy’s’ take a heap of that wyld or horny goat weed shit before they go out on the town. I was laughing so much about the fact that an 18 yr old guy would even think he needed that shit (drink less would actually work better) that I forgot to actually ask him if it worked?

    Just thought I’d throw that in whilst we were on the subject. 😆

    Hi Ian,

    I have been using Creatine with my training and has made a big diffrence,
    but i have been told to also try WPC and Tribex aswell with it and it should give me an even bigger difference, i’m not sure if all this is true. My question is di the Tribex work for you ?

    i did creatine for 1.5wks and got nothing but the runs

    Hi Unbuff,

    I’m no expert, but the first time i took Creatine i got crook and a mate of mine said that i must be doing something wrong, so i decided to read up on it, their is a required amount you have to take for your age and weight for the first week and then for the following 4 weeks it’s a reduced amount, then you have a 4 week break and start again .
    I hope this helps , but like anything you take you should do some background reading on it .

    I’m taking creating regularly and don’t bother with loading etc. I usually only take it Post workout.
    I find it to significantly delay the onset of muscle fatigue and hence I can get more out of each set and recover better for the next set.

    Fair enuff, ill look into it more as I want to try it again when I bulk.

    Did any of you guys actually “taste” the creatine when you had it in your post workout shakes? I always could, and could crunch it in my teeth as sipping my p/wo/shake.

    I can taste it and yeh it taste like crap, but it works.
