Yes, keep peri-workout shakes the same – 1 part P, 2 part high GI C.
How you adjust your diet at other times depends a lot on body type.
If you’re naturally ‘big’ cutting carbs right back might work best.
If you’re naturally thin then I think you’ve got to be more carefull when cutting back on carbs. For example, I’d definitely have a big carby breakfast but then ditch carbs from midday on.
You’ve got to workout what works best for you!
well im releived cos i wasnt too happy with the idea of only having protein.
yeah im quite solid and find cutting carbs is great.if i do still hve minimal carbs i tend to slow fat loss massivly so i need to pretty much cut em out.it’ll be hard but im preparing myself now.i got 1 and a half months before i start dieting.cant wait.
btw, ive been using this fat calculator:
could one of you that know ur bf try it and see how accurate it actually is?
dr j, to clarify, you reakon ditching the carbs after midday when ya lean already is a good idea ?
Maybe, maybe not. You’ve really got to workout what works best for you.
If you’re already lean it might be an to cycle low carb days with normal carb days depending on when you have your workouts.
