    Here will do.

Tribulus is upposed to boost testosterone levels and I believe that it does for me. It is usually recommended for males over 35 or so when test levels start to drop. If you want to try it I’d recommend Bodyscience Tribulus Plus.

ZMA is nothing. People who have used it say that it improves their sleep dramatically so it could be wort using but it won’t build any muscle for you. It was a harmless compound that could be given the credit for the undetectable drugs that Victor Conte had all those athletes on.

i dont know much about hormones, like test and estrogen, but when your test goes up, doesnt it have to come down at some stage?

This is the part i get confused at, becoz people say when it happens it will mess with your estrogen levels and ull start to produce more etc, and i forgot what else. and then ive read about cycles and stacking it with zma, even more confusing and more about that there. And then there amounts to take…

Im 20, and i wouldnt mind trying it, if it will increase my strength, and help me lift weight.

If your taking steroids! Your natural test levels have been replaced with test from the steriods..so when you finish your cycle your natural test levels will be virtually nil, which explains why your nuts look like raisins ๐Ÿ™‚

So post cycle is very important..or all your gains will vanish with your nuts ๐Ÿ˜‰
Trying the ZMA myself at the moment, my quality of sleep has improved and I am feeling a little more spiked than usual ๐Ÿ™‚

Yeah, there’s no peer reviewed work to support tribulus raising testosterone level but … I’ve used Tribex-500 and it certainly did something, made me real toey (Mrs Dr J has banned it’ use!)

Yep, again. The BALCO shit fight has made me wonder if plain old zinc supps might not work as well.

ZMA will only work if there is a deficiency to correct (zinc and mag) and will not increase levels of anabolic hormones where no definciency in these minerals exists though studies show its common to be low in zinc and mag, especialy in active people.

Whatever you do unbuff don’t go out and buy Ecdysterone!
Back in Aug when I joined this forum I didn’t know anything about supps but I have learnt a few things since then. Like which supps don’t work.

Ecdysterone being one of them. Ecdy is a plant based hormone that helps bugs molt and does nothing for people. And there’s been no new research except on bugs! (and lobsters – which are basically deep sea bugs – insects and crustaceans both belong to the phylum Arthropoda)

And not a single one of the 3 Russian scientists whose work was discussed has published any research in any of the journals indexed in PubMed – which means the journals that their ecdysterone work was published in are obscure, at best.

So don’t waste your money like I did.

Oh, and don’t waste your money on Methoxyisoflavone either. Here’s some info on the effectiveness (or lack thereof) of methoxyisoflavone, ecdysterone and sulfopolysaccharide:
