    Hi all

my 1st time in this forum, & i have a real annoying problem that i need help with

I have a lot of excess fat around by chest/gut (its more like lose skin than fat i think?) and i ahve been training 4 13 weeks now & gone on a diet and although i have got noticeably bigger in my arms & shoulders, i haven’t lost much of the fat that i am targeting

    im 21yrs old, 192cm, 90kg

for the last 13 weeks, i have been on a 6-day routine where i start off by doing 40min-1hr in the gym and then go for a run/jog for 40-50 min. I am on a low calorie (1200-1600) diet, but i havent really done much in terms of ridding myself of fat

    what do you guys reccomend???

your metabolism sucks because you are not eating enough, increase the food intake to something like 3000 calories for your weight, your basically starving yourself and setting your body up to store more fat rather than build muscle and burn fat.

that was just a roundabout figure, try working it out search for basal metabolic rate on the internet and i think bodybuilding.com has a few of them on there with an online calculator

And you could try increased calories something like johnberardi’s massive eating ie. P+C meals after workouts, P + F other times.

In fact, I cant recommend this enough to people looking to lose the gut and add some size.
