Hi guy’s and girls and welcome to the start of your new life. This section has been developed to help you (the newbie) to get some tips and advice on all of your questions no matter how trivial. To all those with experience out there now’s your chance to shed some light onto the grey area’s of the iron game to those starting off.
Beginner programs, supplementation, gym etiquette and a whole bunch of other stuff will be here right at your finger tips. For those giving advice, leave fiction for the rest of the forum to be debated by those with oppossing opinions. This is purely for the advancement of those who are hungry for knowledge and the will to learn. No bullshit or bogus ideas!

This has all been put together to assist you in your training, diet etc so please feel free to fire away with ANY questions you may have. There is a lot of information to be found in a lot of the other posts through out this forum, you may be directed to these posts to answer some of your questions. Don’t take offence to this, it will help you greatly in finding your way around the forum and where things go.
