    😥

Hello guys, I’m critically in need for some help. I’ve been on a diet phase to get a six pack since march 05 until now. I made

a tremendous progress in terms of reducing bodyfat by proper diet and workouts. However, I severely limited my daily calories

intake and deprived myself from food which I considered as forbidden. Little did i know that i’ve suffered from eating

disorder. I got into a binge much more frequently than i used to lately. I let myself binge on junk food for over than 5000

calories in one sitting. I could not stop eating eventhough I feel full and bloated until i feel sick and unable to move. I

think i gained back all the fat that i’ve already lost since march in just 3 days. Normally i could manage to suppress the

apetite, but not anymore. I’m going to see a dietician or a psychologist soon. Please do drop me word of advice and solutions.

I would appreciate if anyone can recommend me any dieticians or psychologists somewhere in sydney.

nb: I feel like committing suicide after all this.

How’s that going to help you?

I have had some experience with bulimic people in the past and I would suggest that you do what it takes to get this out of your head NOW. The professionals that you mentioned are a good start.

What you need most of all is education about diet. The body is simply a machine that has you trapped inside it. You need to work out how to keep it going without wrecking it. You wouldn’t pour oil in your car until it ran out the top of the motor so why do it with your body.

Listen to the dietician and get some tests done to determine whether you have any nutrient deficiencies from the starvation cycle. Deficiencies will cause other animals to gorge on certain foods so why not humans?

Go and see the psychologist as well.

The Australian Psychological Society has a referral service
