    A relaxed picture

    Im kicking myself that I didnt take before pics before starting musclenow

    Unfortunetly I wasnt able to break the 16″ gun mark on the second mn cycle. I still have a week left but is it enough? My original goal was 16″+ arms before the end of the year.

    By next january I will have been training for 2years, time goes quick hey.

    shoulders are growing hey, getting a life of their own rather than sticking together with the traps! haha, well done.. i love the disguises you put on as well, really really good haha.

    At the rate your going 16″ arms is well and truely within reach before the end of the year!

    I havent been working out for 2years, this is my 2nd year, but it wont be over till jan. Working out how much weight ive put on is hard, as ive done 2 cuts in this time. Both around 10 – 14weeks at a time. I started at 68kgs, im 83kgs now. But how much muscle ive put on, i dont know. but when i started my arms were in the high 13″ bracket 😳 chest was under 40″.

    ’bout 1.5years. Not quite 3inchs, If i was in the high 13’s to start with and not quite 16″ yet (about .5 – 1cm off), thats about 2 – 2.5″ of growth.

    When i get 16″ ill take a pic of the measurement

    Ive had to change my Username. I can no longer log in with unbuff, as it says its been deleted… interesting.

    But here are my 16″ guns. Sorry for the delay, the picture is 2weeks old.

    Some new pb’s

    46.5kg dumbells for flatbench 4 complete reps. (switching to barbell soon)
    Stuck on 140kg squats 4 reps.
    62kg military press 4 reps.
    53kg preacher curls narrowgrip ezbar, 4 complete reps.

    Havent got new deadlift pb’s, getting over lower back injury. Deadlifts will start again next MN cycle.

    Something funny going on with ‘unbuff’ but you should be okay with it now.

    I maybe that you tried to change the pw but didn’t activate. If not, don’t know what it could have been.

    yeah thats well done unbuff, do you have a goal you wanna reach or you trying to just get bigger and bigger? and they are some real good pb’s there man, good work… cant wait till i can bench 46.5kg db’s! they are actually really big dumbells haha

    Yeah I use adjustable DB’s as I train at home, so u just slide the plates on… Running out of room though πŸ˜₯

    I was talking to a few people about my squats and everyone suggested to do full ass-to-grass squats, something ive never done, and Ive had to lower the weight to 120kgs, which has been alot easier on my back. So we’ll see how the gains go from there.
