    Great work. You’ve come a long way since the last pics.

    Ok if that is the end of your bulk I guess you are thinking about some sort of mild cut for a while. I’m going to plead with you to not do that. You’ve built some good muscle and you’ve done it clean because you aren’t fat by any means. If you want to get big then do not cut. Cutting serves absolutely no purpose in the struggle to gain size. You know how to bulk without getting fat so keep it up for a couple of years.

    All cutting does is slow you down.

    Nice work unbuff.

    I’m with Bull, don’t do a cutting diet.

    It might be worth trying the Kinmassive approach and just try adding cardio to burn a little fat (’cause let’s be honest theirs only a little fat there!) for a few weeks. Then push again with your strength intact.

    Great oppurtunity to try stuff like HIIT or long walks in the morning etc to see if they impact on fat levels without a change in diet.

    ok bull uve convinced me, u sure are a persistent though πŸ˜€

    Also: Im into my 3rd week cutting now, and to be honest i havent lost strength, ive gained strength in incline benching, rows, and curls. Im also into my 5th week of the 2 day split i was going on about earlier, and it was to go up 2 reps in every exercise every 2weeks (ends up being 8 – 10 and 12 on the last fornight) and im still pumping the same amount of weight and even alittle more, so this goes for something being in a caloire deficet also.

    Also, ive lost almost 1″ off my waist.
