    Bored with sit-ups and crunches?

I gave this exercise a shot for the first time a few nights ago using only a 10kg dumbbell and can now tell you where every single muscle in my torso is…..ouch!

Its a great upper body movement in general, particulary for shoulder stability. The story goes that old school wrestlers could do it using 100lbs plus, using dumbbells or barbells…..they must have been hard bastards!

Theres plenty of info if you Google it, but it easier to get it right if you You Tube it and watch somebody who knows what their doing go through it.
