i had two questions about one was the food intake seemed a bit low to minimise muscle mass loss.
and what is hot rox extreme is it different from hot rox

Yes I read it when it was first put on T-Nation some weeks ago. Extreme is the word JB used to define the diet, but he gave the answers in the rest of the article. Take BCAAs & Creatine in excess during the diet, and he outlined the daily quantity. This fixes muscle mass loss, according to him. JB is about the only one to say this, as its one of his own findings from his many times of using this diet strategy.
Hot Rox Extreme is just the latest version of Hot Rox with an extra booster. He’s plugging T-Nation supplements, but it prob’ is better than Hydroycut and the rest.
Greens+ is a dried vegetables powder, with all the goodness of veggies and some. I never saw it here but its popular in the USA. He also rated that fresh veggies are the go for this diet, as much as possible. So Greens+ may not really apply.
The diet sounds like a good one to me, but I now prefer to go slower with dieting without the quick fix JB outlines. DA
