tattoo + weight training

    hey guys

    this is going to sound neurotic but i have just got a tattoo on my right arm and i am curious as to whether or not “bulking up” is going to stretch the tattoo etc.

    i am currently taking creatine + protein shakes and working out two to three times a week with the goal of building up my arms as they are pretty tiny.

    i’ve heard the creatine can cause stretch marks and damage the skin??

    has anyone else out there been in this situation where they have started weight training and increased size of their muscle over a tattoo’d area?

    am i worrying about nothing? will it be fine?

    Unless your arms are gonna blow upto 22 inces I wouldn’t worry πŸ˜‰

    it’ll be fine.

    i’ve got 4 tatts and have had some big weight flactuations over the years but the tatts have always looked the same.
    like ian said, it would take a hell of a lot of extra size to really make a difference, and if you managed to put on the size, people wouldnt notice your tatt anyway! πŸ˜€
