    Hi guys,

Does anyone have any ideas on how to work the lower pecs without using a ‘decline bench’? (sorry its late.. and i cant be assed looking for the right name of it) my new gym doesnt have one!

I know if you flat bench enough weight, you’re bound to recruit all the fibres but i just feel i could do good with some isolation in that area.

    Any ideas?

    Toby.

The best exercise I find for lower chest is wide grip dips, keep your chin on your chest and your legs out in front, just 1 or 2 sets to keep your lower chest firm. Your lower chest should be getting enough stimulation from flat bench though 😉

The lower chest isn’t actually the pec minor, it’s just the lower portion of the pec major. But anyway as mentioned dips are a great choice.
