    Hi guys and girls just a quik intro
    Ive just joined the forum and have moved to sunny Alice springs from sunny Perth hence my user name anywho.
    just wondering if there are any powerlifters in the forum to trade information
    at the moment im using a variation of Bill Stars training programe.

    Mon (heavy) Wed (light) Frid (medium)
    5 sets of 5 reps of 80% 1 rep max for squats, deadlift and bench
    upping the weight lifted on the relevant exercise when being able to complete the 5 x 5.
    ive also been suplementing with bicep curls, mil press and abdominals.
    ive tried other types of programes but this one made grow like a damn weed.

    any help will be much appreciated
