    here are some b4 photos i took at the start of my training program which has been going for 4 weeks now. gotta lose a fair bit of fat.

    Well Ive already lost 2 kg in 3-4 weeks so another month should get me some good numbers

    Well its been well over a month since I first took those photos so here is a recent one to compare with. Have not seen any major results as yet except that ive lost another 2kg so I’m down to 80kg but I’m determined to reach my goals.

    Gotta bit of extra size on the bi’s and dropped a bit of body fat. You do have some abdominal fat though, read up on insulin sensitivity by John Berardi. It will explain a lot about lowering your belly fat.

    If your bodyweight is down then it looks like you’ve lost fat and gained muscle.

    There is a definite fat loss improvement, muscle definition increase, keep up the good work.
