    I have a question about supplements. I play AFL and i want to start taking a supplement for i suppose you could say maintenance. I’m 190cm, 88kg with a pretty low body fat(not sure exactly). i have a gym program 3 days a week with 2 days football training, 1 playing. I eat prety well, but i find during the last few season i loose weight due to amount of running. I’d like to get to 90-92kg and i’d like to ‘cut up’ a lot more. Any answers about a single supplement that is pretty easy to maintain (protein, creatine etc. I don’t really know) would be a great help.

    I think you need to eat more often. If you are losing weight due to trtaining, then your cals are too low. A protein shake may help occasoinally but I would eat 6-7 meals per day.
