im having trouble choosing a shoulder exercise

im doing 5×5 at the moment which looks like this

    Chin ups 5×5
    Dips 5×5
    Dumbbell flat bench presses 5×5
    T-bar rows 5×5
    Squats 5×5
    Deadlifts 5×5

what i was think was dropping t-bar rows and doing push press instead.

but i am unsure how this will effect my lower back

    any ideas

    I guess…

    alternate with

    snatch
    &
    press

    or

    press
    &
clean – would have to be at end of workout

    but Im not sure-

if its a full body – you gotta keep the rows, are they working for u?

if your worried about your back, you need to do lots of core work.

Planks, hyper extension, reverse hypers, ab work

To get a wicked coreab workout

do barbell roll outs from the kneeling position at first then standing later on when you are strong.

This exercise will work your lats and shoulders too.

another one you can try is the renegade row, with some light dumbells.

If you’re going to do shoulder work you should drop the dips not the rows.

Push presses (for example) will hit the tris as well as the shoulders.
