    ive heard that caffeine actually speeds up metabolic rate as well as helping your body choose fat as energy over carbs… correct? ive have just taken up coffee drinking for these benefits, plus its good energy i find before working out… Then again if you take your coffee with a heap of sugar it might cancel out the fat burning benefit? thats why i take mine, straight and black…

    Does Green Tea also have high levels of caffeine DR J ? I cant find any info on my Green Tea box label.

    Yes, just not as much as coffee.

    Coffee: 80 – 120mg (Red Bull has 80)

    Green Tea: 15mg
