    Hey guys.

My rack doesn’t accomodate the pin hole locations for where a rack dead is to be performed, so today I’m going to make them.

Question, where is the bar to be positioned (on your body) for the lift to be executed?

I’ve seen some vids on youtube already and the bar is always around the knees bent area or just below. Is this correct?

You want the bar a couple of inches below the knee.

I was thinking of adding these but I am unsure as to their benefit as compared to full lifts?

    Mission completed.

Behold, I’m now rackdeading! Been doing floor deads ever since I started training.. time for a change

PS: thats not my lifting bar.

    Benefits.

    -Lift alot more weight
-Takes out the legs more then lifting off floor.
