Hey this is a question for IAN or anyone else who may be able to give me some advice:

I am 14 years old and often teased and taunted about my scrawny appearance. I am keeping fit but thats not really helping me “Bulk Up” i am wondering is there anything i can do to bulk up.
    – I have seen power bars and power gel in the supermarket and consider purchasing them, but i really have no idea on what to do.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    John – 14 Thanks

    Hey John

Dont’ buy any of that garbage…promising miracles!
Your whole physical life is before you…I didn’t touch a weight until I was 20yrs old so you have a good head start πŸ˜‰
Do you have a gym membership or some weights? Read as much as you can about weight training before starting! Have a good browse around the Internet theres plenty of good sites offering different workouts and diets…you started with the right one ..this one πŸ˜€

Just good clean foods and basic training will get you on the way 8)
    God I wish I was 14 again πŸ˜₯

Just remember buddy that your in the prime of your physical developement. You can do some serious damage by doing weight training at a young age, and can also stunt your growth. Best to only do light weight work just to stay fit. Give it a few a couple more years until you really get into it. Dun worry bout what them other dudes say, just keep up the motivation and determination you have about staying fit and in shape and you’ll get there πŸ™‚
