protein into fat?

    Hi anyone
    I am watching my diet by eating whole grain bread, brown rice, tuna, red meat and mainly protein (powder) etc to lose fat and tone up while gaining muscle. i was just wondering, does protein turn into fat or would i just “wee” out any unused protein? any reply’s would be greatly appreciated. cheers!!!

    Too much of anything will get stored as fat. You’re on the right track though with the wholegrain bread and brown rice.
    Complex carbs and protein will keep you fuller for longer and you will eat less.

    The day i gave up bread was turning point for me in keeping toned i know it all about calories in vs energy spent to get lean but bread wholemeal or not made it hard for me . might want to give it miss for 6 weeks and see if it makes a differents

    Excess calories that are not used, becomes “stored” energy, or fat. ie: see love handles 😆
