Just an update on progress
Am 18, 175cm
Since i started training late june i’ve gone from 38.5 inches on the gut, down to about 34.2ish inches on the gut, and dropped from 82kg down to 73kg
My bench has gone from 20kg, now doing 3×10 at 50kg, am curling 30kg (up from 10) shoulder pressing about 35kg (up from 10) and feeling great..
Now i was wondering, would Creatine be of any benefit for me? I really havent done much in the way of muscle building so i never had much muscle,, just a tubby kid 😉 Would this fill my arms etc out a bit more, improve & help my training etc… my arms & chest are hard now, but want them biggggggggger hehe.. arms sitting at just a little under 14 inches
At the moment this is my run-of-the-mill day
Breakfast : Wpi shake with tablespoon of milo
Meal1: 185kg tuna
meal2: Steak, chicken or fish sandwhich in wholegrain bread with salad
meal3: wpi shake with tablespoon of milo
meal4: dinner usualy chicken & vegies, steak & veggies.. etc…
CC shake before bed.
At the moment, i do one day weights, and then the next day cardio, then the next weights etc, and then take one day off per week.
EDIT: Post workout shake is 4x scoop of mfwpi, 2 scoop malto & 2 scoop dextrose
Cardio is about 40 min brisk walk / jog on treadmill
Weights include a routine generally consisting of
Rows or frenchpress??(the benchpress with hands close together)
dumbell Pec flys
Main question is about the creatine, as im ordering my next batch of myopure in a couple of days :):) Also, i’ve been ordering MFWPI.. Is this a better choice then The hydro one? or should i order the hydro next round? 😛
