Hey trainers.
Need some help finding decent sources of fat OTHER then omega 3. Because im on xfactor, im tryign to find 100gms of fat from other sources is proving alittle difficult. In the morning and night i consume 100mls of coconut cream with my shakes (44gm total) and i need 60gm from someone else, so during the day i tryed eating 100gm of str8 butter divided twice (50gm increments) and omg, i thought i was gonna spew up, was sick all day.
So, wot else can i eat instead of butter/mergerine? I was thinking coconut, but that takes too long to chew. I was thinking fullcream milk to drink, but i need a shitload of it, plus it has carbs etc.
Thanks guys, any help appreciated π
well im off to train, hope theres some replies soon π³

You should be getting heaps from normal food. If thats not enough what ever you do don’t eat margarine https://muscle.com.au/forum/viewtopic.php?t=497
1. Try eating more eggs including the yolk (high cholesterol π‘ )
2. Full cream milk
3. Skin off of a roast chook
4. Try your other omegas as well as flax
5. Avacadoes
6. Salmon
7. Nuts.I would seriously consider your diet though, it was only a little while ago you wanted to cut down and you weren’t in need to do it then. Imagine how much your gonna freak out when a pot gut starts to emerge from your diminishing six pack due to excessive fat consumption. π― π―
i cant have the avocadoes/nuts or salmon. its all omega 3
like i have depleted my omega 3 fats, thats about 100gms worth of fat. and thats nearlly 1000cals OFF my daily amount(not good when im bulking). i need to add those cals again, but WITHOUT emega 3 fats. or else the x-factor wont work. Hence my thread on wot other fats are out there that i can consume like i would normally.
haha, nice link about the margarine.
Few table spoons of olive oil in your shakes.
Few table spoons of lecithin granules in your shakes.
The two together are perfect as the lecithin is also emusifier, so it ensure that the olive oil mixes in the shake rather than sits on top.Olive oil is 100% fat, lecithin is about 50% fat.
Plus the choline from the lecithin is good for all kinds of stuff π@kinmassive wrote:

You’re forgetting the magic of x-factor π
I guess, unbuff, will be letting us know in about a month.
Oils and EFA Contents:

Try to avoid EFA supplements, high levels of dietary Omega 3’s, as well as olive oil, peanut oil, and sesame oil (high levels), don’t worry about a PB&J sandwich, but don’t live on it at the same time..
