Just had someone ask about this so I looked up the nutritional info.

1250 cals per serve 50g protein and 252g carbs (50g sugar). Seriously.

8 serves per 6lb tub. I kid you not.

Has anyone tried this? Do you mix it in a bucket?

I have a real hard time understanding this myself. Heaps of the younger guys tend to love things like this because of words like MASS etc. When did fat = muscle but then again they don’t technically false advertise when you think of it as they are really promoting mass which doesn’t neccessarily mean muscle.

Maybe the users of this stuff should watch ‘super size me’ for a nutritional education vid whilst they are at it.

    Poor misguided fools πŸ˜₯

Oh yeah, no I haven’t actually tried it myself.

    But it’s serious, no joke..

Yeah, serious, I just can’t let it go.

So I had to try it. 250g maltodextrin, 50g WPI in 500ml water (ON recommend 24oz). Whoa, consistency of fresh cream.

This mix is better than stealth gear. Weighed myself before and after and I’ve already gained 0.8kg. This is serious 😈

Uh, oh, don’t feel to good. Got to lie down 😳
