hey everyone i am new here and need some advice on what i am doing wrong but this will be a pretty big post so stay with it if ya can.

    Im 18, weight 105.7kgs, height 6’4.
I attend gym 4 times per week and on 2 days i do a pump class as i am trying to get into shape with all muscles.
The last 2 classes i have done i have lost strenth and energy about 20mins into the work out and not even being able to lift the weight i am holding.
This has only started happening since i went heavey on Creatine… I also use Liquid Androbolin, and red bak WPI. I am take my Creatine with brekky juice 3 times per day and apart from the loss of energy i am also experiencing extreme stomach cramps…
I eat well and dont go near any of the bad stuff at all, i have alot of rice in my diet, fruit before i work out etc etc.

    Any ideas anyone???

Didn’t you kind of answer your own question?

The logical thing would be eliminate the creatine and see if it makes a difference.

I have a friend that couldn’t tolerate it and it made him feel queasy and generally off colour so the supplement wasn’t for him, you could be the same.

How’s your sleep, recovery, diet? More detail please.

Why are you taking creatine 3 times a day?

What the hell is liquid androbolin? How much?

    Which creatine and how much?

As markb suggested stop taking your supps (one at a time over a few weeks). Use your intuition to decide which to start with.

Yep I agree stop taking the supps 1 at a time, probably starting with that Androdecasustabolin stuff. This way you can find out which is giving you trouble 😉

Hey all. havent replied as i have had sh*t loads of probs with my computer but its cool now.
Taking creatine 3+times per day so it gets into my system as (recommended) on interent sites and not to mention the back of the tub.

liquid androbolin is pretty much the same as tablet androbolin oviously just in the liquid form. Its roughly $63 in shops but if you go on sites like the SUPPLEMENT DEN you can get it for about $49 per 200ml. I havent had a single problem withthat product though as i have been on it for longer then then creatine.

markb, no i dont believe i answrd my own question! in ragards to sleep recovery i work night shifts 5 days a week so……

creatine i am currenbtly using is BALANCE 100% pURE cREATINE mONOHYDRATE….

You said your problems started as soon as you went heavy on the creatine.

Last time I looked this was a high quality creatine. Still seeing your probs started when you began the creatine you should start by stopping the creatine and see if the problems go.

You may have a reaction to creatine, it may be an interaction with other stuff you take or it may have been a coincidence in which case it might be an idea to see a doctor!

I’d still like to know how much creatine you’re taking 3 times a day and how. A teaspoon, a tablespoon, a cup … in … ?

I take a level tea spoon on creatine!!!
I have dropped the intake of that and it doesnt seem to be as bad recently i noticed on the back of the juice it says “brekky juice with Whey powder” so i am guessing that maybe its a bit too much whey.
I am just gonna go trial and error with some things and see the results.

Or it may all just be coincedental with catching some type of the flu.

Besides the supps, I would suggest you have “Hit the Wall”, or rather emptied your immediate carb stores of energy. Its an overtraining thing, the more you go hard, the less energy youve got – because of not enough time off for recovery and sleep between training sessions.

People dont seem to think that weight training takes it out of the body to the point of bodily exhaustion, but this is accumulative if you keep at it without some time off.

Thats just the way I see it. DA

I agree with DA over training is a good possibility. You also should look at the possibility that you are lacking iron in your diet. I use a creatine sup called extreme by IDS that does not require loading and have found that it works as well (though slower in the first two weeks) as the loading types. you might want to consider this option.
