It’s a book about how to open the mind and stop mental blocks. Eg when you are under pressure most tend to be stronger etc so this book apparently allows you to train the mind to be able to think like that all the time which will obviously allow you to train more efficiently.
I genuinely believe I could be a lot stronger if I just let myself, even though I don’t feel as though I’m holding back, I sometimes wonder if there is a little trigger in the mind in which once released…BAM. You know what i mean.
I think it would help alot now especially that my business has sky rocketed and I’m dealing with a lot more morons ha ha 😆
