I did Max-OT for about 9 months and enjoyed it. Broke personal bests in all lifts. That said, it was good for strength but not so much size for me anyway. I found that I was injury prone by the end, so had to move on.
I would second what DanOz has said. I’m concerned about injuries considering the poor form that I’ve seen some use. If you try it, I’d suggest that you don’t go overboard. Make sure you hold reasonable form.
I tried to maintain good form at all times, but I think you can’t lift heavy in the 4-6 rep range with max intensity for extended periods without picking up some niggling injuries no matter how good you try to be with form. Good program as a change up or to try and bust out of a plateau.
