My problem with this program is!
Firstly he has no isolation exercise for chest?
No direct hamstring work?
Too much pressing for shoulders! front delts gets hammered from chest!
And no multi-joint exercises for back! like deadlifts or bent over rows!but apart from that..seems reasonable.
I didn’t mean to be that negative π Theres just a lot better workouts out there, try having a browse on http://www.t-mag.com
