    hey thanks, umm its on the http://www.bodybuilding.com site, its called the S.A.I.S Training Program type that in the search bar up the top and it will find it for you.. thanks and i hope that it isnt to much trouble thanks..

    howdy!

    My problem with this program is!
    Firstly he has no isolation exercise for chest?
    No direct hamstring work?
    Too much pressing for shoulders! front delts gets hammered from chest!
    And no multi-joint exercises for back! like deadlifts or bent over rows!

    but apart from that..seems reasonable.

    I would firstly decide how many days I could workout..then devide the body up into these days, design your program around major lifts eg deads,squats and bench. there are so many different factors that effect a mass program, Nutrition, rest and correct training.
