hey all. Well we’re almost halfway through sept, so i thought i put in a progress post on how im going from this thread:
I started bulking at the start of july @ 70kgs.
im now 74.5kgs with bugger all fat gain. (mostly water, and a lil fat)
I changed my routine to 3×10 (fullbody) and changed my diet. I Lowered carb intake by 60gms, and upped the protien and fat quite abit. Heres the diet thats working for me. IF anyone wants to work out the cals, and PCF ratio by all means go for it, becoz i havent bothered, its working so i dont care.
1: 4scp Protien shake + tblspn flaxoil, 1 cup oats 250ml organic milk
2: bannana, 300gms beef/chicken, 50gms almonds
3: 200gms sweet potato, 300gms beef/chicken, 50gms almonds
4: 1 cup oats in water + tblspn flax, 185gm tuna, 125gm sardines.
5: Spike shake. 4scp P, 4scp M, 4scp D} W/O days only
6: 250gms sweet potato, 200gms meat} W/O days only
7: 200gms meat, vegies (dinner)
8: 2scp P, 2scp CC (bedtime shake) in water + flax on non-workout days
Thats pretty much what i do. it doesnt stay the same, but i stick to it as much as possible. I’d like to deduct some carbs before meal 4 and stick them to meal 7 (dinner) and see if it changes anything, worth trying?

While the diet works I wouldn’t touch it, just watch out for fat creeping in, then change/tweak it. Fine tuning diet is never easy, youll need a range of things you can do to stay successful. DA
