    KIND OF A GET TO KNOW YOU TYPE OF THING.

    I GOT A FEW BUT ILL LET YOU GO FIRST.

    WELL HERES ONE

    STANDING BARBELL CURL – 1 X 100KG (A LIL SPOT, A LIL SWING) STILL GOT IT UP AND FOLLOWED WITH 2 NEGATIVE REPS!

    (remember this is all in fun. I actually dont train too heavy)

    SLDL 160kg. 140kg x 8, 8, 140kg x 4, 4, then four singles at 160kg. 60 seconds between reps.

    Thought I was shit hot but that’s only 60% more than JIMMY can curl πŸ˜₯

    I don’t think my SLDL is bragg worthy but it gives me the most satisfaction.

    Mr Unbuff I can read that thank you, you can uncross your fingers now.

    u have a good squat dont be mad at 8 reps! thats a good effort.

    But if u concentrated more on weight training and less on sarcasm maybe one day you could call yourself buff.
