    I havent got any yet but when i do im guna run it as follows

    250iu x 2 pw from start of cycle

    this way ill never be shut down

    so if i ran a cycle for 10 weeks ill go through 5000iu’s

    doing it this way ensures that you are never shut down, and saves taking bigger doses towards the end of the cycle
