    Hey here is some extra good news.

    HMW Carbs or High Molecular Weight Carbs can accelerate carb re-absorbtion into the body up to 70% quicker than Dex & Malto, and drag aminos with them. Read all about it on Justin’s site;

    Would WMS replace Malt/Dext in the 2:1 post workout ratio?
    ie, 60g WMS/30g HWPI ?

    The more WMS the better I guess. The important thing is average molecular weight and HWPI will massively reduce average molecular weight.

    However, by the same token replacing malt and dext with WMS massively increases molecular weight.
