It’s been a long time since I’ve tried something new but yesterday gave High Pulls a shot.

Didn’t unload by dropping the bar but gee I’d love too 😈

Delicious ache from shoulder to shoulder and tingle in the calve this morning.

Yeah. Not to hot, not to cold. Just right as Goldilocks would say.

I read the first bit – looked at exrx – then thought “I WONDER IF HE DID THE DROPS AS WELL?”
The Gym owner would kick you out by your ass!

On second thoughts, what about slowing the weight right down as a negative. You would ache in a few other places as well. DA

Funny you should mention that. I gave these a shot last night at the finish of a session just for fun, only about 45kg on the bar and just kept at it until I broke into a good sweat.
When I lifted up my arms for a yawn / stretch combo this morning my shoulder joints sounded like popping bubble wrap – not sore, just a little crunchy.
I choose to believe thats a good thing..

Well if raw bone doesn’t start coming out of your ass – its all OK. DA

    😆

Must say that my traps really tightened up by Friday morning.

Still it’s a nice way to work all those muscles across the top of your back.

And I imagine especially good when one is keen to burn fat.
