    Hi all, im new to the whole bodybuilding area.
    For the past year on and off ive been doing dumbells and Bench press at my school gym but i want to take it full on, Im purchasing a benchpress soon with multiple other workouts.

    Im 16, 187cm Tall, and i weigh 110kg. Im not bullied at school, nor called fat. I have a bit of tub i rekon i could get rid of on my abs. But as i look i look solid, I have a very broad upper chest and not sure where i should be working on. I don’t have man ‘boobs’ but their there if i bend down.

    I play football and rugby league and lacrosse.

    Just seeking advice.. I go to the school gym every second day at lunch and bench press and do situps. etc I can do 10 pushups then im bugged. I cannot do a chinup yet either.. From a young age i could never do pushups i just mastered to do my first one in yr 10 at school.

    Howdy benji, good to see a fellow motorcycle enthusiast on board. What I could reccomend for you is a basic all over workout to get those muscles of yours ready for the onslaught your physique will eventually allow.

    Consistency is the key and at your age three days a week is plenty at the moment. Ask around this forum and also have a look at some of the other posts for some fat loss advice and training programs which you could find suit you perfectly. 😉
