is there anywhere i can try out the heavy grip hand grippers in melbourne before ordering some from dr. j? i don’t want to accidently buy grips that are far to strong or to easy. i’ve got grippers that i picked up at rebel sport but they’re easy to use now and i need more resistance.

Not unless you can find someone who’s bought a pair!

We will exchange grippers but postage adds up ($7 each way x 3).

no worries, i’ll just have to make a decision between 150 and 200 and hope i choose the right one, i’ll probably go on the safe side and try the 150.

anyone know if the 150 is substantially harder to close than the ‘strong’ ones you get at sports stores like rebel sport?

wouldnt you go the heavier option? that way you can still keep it but buy some lighter ones until you are strong enough to use the heavy ones… OR if they are the right weight then its all fine…
