    3. Avacado YUK – except in sushi
    4. Olive oil
    5. Fish oild tablets …
    6.

Try Melrose fish oil with lemon in the bottle. I figure that 1 tablespoon is easier than popping all those caps.

Make your own mix of nuts. Walnuts, almonds and a brazil nut (for the selenium).

nuts are wicked sources, high in vitamins, fats, you also get proteins and carbs.

i usually have almonds with my shake early morning.

cashews later in the day with my shake

just buy a bulk bag of natural almonds, roast them yourself in a low heat oven.

they become amazingly sweet and smell great.

The other thing you can do is get Walnut, Almond meal and add them to your shake, doesn’t really give it a nutty taste but it goes down well.

remember though they are high calorie and some of them can have way too much salt on them.

What about hazelnuts? I love them, are they high in all those goodies?

    Yes but …

You should be shooting for dietary fats in the ratio of 1/3 saturated, 1/3 poly and 1/3 mono.

With the egg take 2-3gm more of olive oil or some nuts, then its well balanced. DA
