    Check this out http://www.precisionnutrition.com

Seems pretty good and i’ve heard this guy is the bomb, yet you know what its like when it comes to this stuff and all the “hype” … yet?

Anyone have a good “Bible” like book/reference with great info in one or two books?

Check out The New Optimum Nutrition Bible for some good material on this anyway. Thats one I’ve found but doesn’t fully satisfy my thrist for knowledge.

Off this topic yet am going to purchase Strength Training Anatomy http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0736063684/qid=1137581310/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/104-0664951-4929561?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

Saw it the bookstore today and it looks great too!

    Cheers!

Looks real great from the ads, but as its by John Berardi then I rate it as excellent, without having read any of it – as I have read all his T-Nation.com articles going back for years, and they contain REAL info alright. DA

    Thanks for the reply Derick.

I am going to purchase this soon, so i will let you all know what I think, the only problem with it though is that the shipping costs about $70 US!

    Oh well…
