    Hi DrJ, have you considered adding Flameout to your Biotest range, looks like a good product but is it worth the price, what other brands would be recommended โ“

    All the Australian brands of fish oil caps seem identical so I don’t think it matters that much.

    I like Melrose fish oil with lemon in the bottle and take one tablespoon instead of knocking back all those caps.

    biotest is pretty pricey i must say.

    whatever oil you get make sure you dont get cod liver. its toxic in high doses due to the vitamin a content.

    if you can get oil from sardines etc… small fish its the best for you.

    I have not found a supplement made from sardines though.

    If its salmon, make sure its from wild fish, or at the very least tested for heavy metals such as mercury.

    And calcium! As humans we don’t often eat flesh and bones.
