The last few weeks I started a cycle of X-factor for the 3rd time as I found results were good on it (AA, omega6). I noticed in the last 2 days Ive had increased anxiety along with a few-near panic attacks today which weren’t so great. Nothing in my life could be causing this so I read up more about AA and found this.

Turns out too much Omega 6 can increase chances of anxiety and depression, go figure in my case (x-factor). My omega3’s have been down too. (laziness)

If anyone has more links to provide on the subject by all means. I thought everytime I take an xfactor (4times daily) I would take 2 omega3 fishcaps aswell.

    Thoughts?

I though you were suppose to limit your intake of fatty acids and fish oils when on X-Factor, so why would you want to take fish oil aswell?

Theres been new updates to dieting on x-factor and EFA’s are fine to take, no need to change your diet. (Unless you eat more protien like some do)

It might be fine, but do you need them?
