Dr J would you know how much eggs would be in a kg of egg white powder?.
Unfortunately I haven’t been able to glean that info from the manufacturers.
25g plus 175ml gives 200ml of liquid egg white according to them but I’m not sure if that means it’s equivalent to 200ml of real egg white.
Best just to go for the protein you’re shooting for.
