    G’Day everyone.
I was just wondering if there are big effects of light smoking on people who (assume) only do weight training and no cardio. Smoking would have an effect on cardio activity, I know that much.
There’s this huge guy I know that obviously trains hard, but I wonder if light smoking is really hindering his improvements or not.

    Thanks

    Death!

Even light smoking is going to increase ones risk of various cancers. So I guess that it could ultimately effect performance 😉

Does this dude smoke while training 😆

One of the funniest (and saddest) things I’ve seen at our Gym was a girl who got straight out of the pool and rushed out side for a fag. She was still in her cossie, wrapped in a towel but soaking wet.

    Time to quit!

I smoked for 5 years, wanted to quit yet couldn’t, tried a few times, it was too hard.

The last time I tried to quit I used this book…

“Allen Carr’s EasyWay To Stop Smoking”

    http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0572028512/qid=1126680794/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/102-1425874-6685768?v=glance&s=books

Oh my god! I can’t say enough good things about it, its been around for years, yet I don’t know many people who have heard of it or read it, yet take it from me (and the rest of the reviewers on amazon) THIS WORKS!

To anybody here who is a smoker and would like to give stopping a go, trust me and try this!

    Cheers!
