eating plan help??

    hey guys,
    just wondering, i am a skinny guy tryna build weight and muscle. i work in retail so i can’t really eat every 3 hours i was wondering if anyone else has this problem or tips to overcome it i have two shakes a day plus lunch but i feel i should b having more. any and all help and suggestions would b greatly appreciated.

    Do the best you can with the meals you can get in and dont worry, you’re not going to magically ‘lose muscle’ if you dont eat every 2-3 hours.

    What you have to do is make sure your meals are dense in calories. An easy way to do this with your shakes is to carry a small tub of natural peanut butter with you and down 2-3 table spoons alongside your shake. Then just make sure you arent having a salada and lettuce for your solid food meal and you will be set 🙂

    I prefer to eat balance diet and balance diet make you fit and i think it contains balance amount of protein, vitamins, fats and calories.
