Hey Dr J!
I am going to purchase this tomorrow, yet a few questions before then…
There is two shipping options, did you go for the cheaper one and how long did it take to arrive for you?
What is your overall impression and how would you rate it now given a bit of time to look at it?
Is it worth it?
When I almost purchased it last time, I was slightly under the impression it was going to cost me $97 US, then I saw the $70 US shipping fee and thought no way! But I just read your post on your purchasing of it and understood that there is a cheaper shipping fee of about $20 US? Am I correct in thinking this?

I chose the USPS Parcel option at US$24.50. Ordered on the 13th December and from memory it arrived on the Friday before New Year.
Would I recommend it?
Yes. But this is not about hardcore bodybuilding diet. The DVD is about the standard of local stuff I’ve seen that sells for about $50. My wife says that the recipe book is great and I haven’t had time to watch the second DVD, listen to any audio CD’s or do a lot of reading.
My first impression was that presentation of printed material could have been better but I guess it’s the info that counts. I’d give it an 8 out of 10 and it’s probably value for money.

How do I select the cheaper shipping option? (All I seem to get is a single shipping rate of US$47.50).

They seem to have removed the cheaper option.
I’ve asked what the deal is and will get back to you when I have an answer.

Unfortunately that’s the cheapest rate they can offer at the moment although they are looking at cheaper options (including wharehousing in AUS).
They have said the if you do decide to order they can give a refund of $7 off the shipping. PM me for details if you want to do this.
