    So helpful DA,
It’s peace of mind now, that I know I’m doing it all the right way.

Love that thigh stretch, when I first started doing em, It was teary ๐Ÿ˜†
Hamstring is always painful, well, very uncomfortable ๐Ÿ˜†

I urge anyone to do these after you workout. It’s been proven stretching increases strength gains.

    In chicken lats anyway ๐Ÿ˜‰

Stretch induced 250% hypertropy (not strength). Now there’s a Muscle Mag headline. Unfortunately you’ve got to stretch for longer than a minute.

I would not say stretching improves strength gains at all (and it has definitely has not been proven) but it will mostly improve your ability to perform movements due to range of motion increases which is a greater benefit.

DC rated to use them for 60 (bastard) seconds, but no doubt pub med reports worked it out better. DA

๐Ÿ˜ฏ That means its goin to hurt more.

Ok, so whats the reason for the stretching? Dose it promote any sort of growth ( I can only assume through further muscle trauma).

I dont know a thing about DC training, mind you.

How long do you hold them for?

Do you perform them after each set or at the finish of a workout?

Should I stretch until I feel the strain or until I start pulling a funny face?

Will they put 4 inches on my upper arms in 30 days?

    …so many questions….
