    What do you really hope to get out of it?

    Do not expect massive muscle gains.

    Colostrum is primarily for boosting immune system due to its high level of immunoglobulins, it seems to have fizzled out as a body building suppliment so there probably isn’t much merit in it for muscle gain but it will certainly help boost immunity and possibly energy through times of high intesity training. It is also very good for those who are useing dairy based suppliment i.e. whey protien as it can protect the body from the inflammation that these can trigger.
