Here’s a program I am working on that makes calculating all of Christian’s numbers easy, as long as your a Mesomorph. I didnt program it yet for Ectomorphs or Endomorphs. Try it out at:

i checked out the table, and im alittle confused because for me to bulk its telling me to eat:

    4435 total calories
    163grams protien
    204grams carbs
    322 grams fat ๐Ÿ˜ฏ ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

doesnt 322grams of fat seem abit much?

It tells you to eat 163 grams of protein? (are you 49kg?)

It is a bit tricky to fill out the values.

Protein is calculated at 1.5gm per Lb of bodyweight, so
    163 / 1.5 = 108.6 Lbs is 49.26 Kgs bodyweight ???

You had best study a bit closer exactly what you are inputting!

Or tell us on the forum your specs and I will do it for you. DA

What the hell, it seems to be working properly. i have NO idea why it gave me the above calorie sugestions… ๐Ÿ˜•

    its given me now:

    3593 total cals
    218 protien gms
    273 carb gms
    174 fat gms

sounds more right now ๐Ÿ˜€ and funnily enough im on target. BUT, isnt it better to eat to the WEIGHT u WANT to be? I reacon ill do that. Ive gotten bigger lately, but no increases in weight? update photo coming soon anyway.

    thanks derek 8)

Unbuff, the article tells all the reasons why to follow this newly worked out diet.

One very good reason is to maintain looking good all the time, instead of bulking and starting to look fat, then having to cut to get a six pack again. This diet claims to work out both ends of the equation, bulk & cut, by its carb swapping technique.

After all where did you ever hear of a diet with 6 different carb settings. DA
