    im over this isolation rubbish!

    Im changing Barbell curls to Weighted closegrip pullups with supnated grip

    skullcrushers to closegrip benchpress

    then after a few months i plan to check and see how much stronger ive gotten when i curl and crush again

    what’ya’ll think?

    😈 i am all for compound exercises for pure brute strength…………
    i use isolations for pre-exhaust or warm ups or 1st in super sets.i am a fan of mike mentzers and i do a double up on his ideal-workout,2xsupersets etc and have found strength improves HEAPS.

    I’ve made some big increases in strength for Romanian deadlifts and barbell rows with no appreciable increase in LBM.

    Maybe that comes next?

    Yeh, I know this really great protein powder place…

    Those guys who do strength training are supposed to return to more normal non-stress training, with reps in the 6-12 range to see appreciable increase.

    That latest article by Thibaudeau has a nice check list of the latest tips for Hypertrophy. DA
