    I am 5’4 and around 87kg, because of my build it is very easy for me to put on mass. My question is around how many calories a day should i be having to cut down. Im on a very basic supplement intake of multi-vitamin,2 x protein shakes a day, nano vapor before training and halo after training.
    Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.

    1.5g protein per pound of LEAN MASS for your protein goals
    Enough carbs so that you’re only losing 1-2 kilos a week MAX
    Fats around %15-20 of total energy intake.

    This will get you pretty damm close.
