I am new to this site and found it quite interesting and informative. I am an old school body builder who fell off the wagon and have found a renewed passion for the sport.
I have just finished reading Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, and I feel that it is a must read for anyone from competitive Body Builder to someone who just wants to loose wieght. There is plenty of the stuff body builders have known for years and a few new things, but overall it explains everything in a NO nonsense NO B/S fasion.
I will be using this nutritional plan over the next year leading up to my first comp in eight years. If anyone has read it and would like to give there point of view I wuold be most interested to read what you have to say.
