I always thought all the movie scenes of guys working out in prison was because these dudes had time on there hands.

Like, what else is there to do inside the slammer.

Now I’m beginning to think that Bodybuilders are one of those minorities that are over represented in the prison population.

Take Mr New Zealand for example.

Go to jail, go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200!

Depends what prison IAN. Most low/med security prisons arent too bad at all, there not all like the ones in the movies.

The ones ive seen and heard about are actually quite comfy, you cook your own food, u have your own kitchens, lounge areas, TV and sleeping quarters to yourselves. So i guess keeping to a bodybuilders diet wouldnt be too hard in there.

I saw on the news once, a little while ago now, there was so debate about how good these prisons actually were, and there was abit of an uproar in how good they actually were… looked like a 3 – 4star motel. hehe

Fantasy is basically a type of liquid ecstasy. It killed a few kids in Sydney a few years back after the took a tad to much and dehydrated to the max. I was always under the impression the amount used was 5ml per 10kgs of body weight or something like that anyway???

Vetenery roids are plentiful through the prison farms and a few of them get into it not knowing a bloody thing about it. I contributed in the construction of the Capricornia correctional centre (Rockhampton) and it didn’t really seem like the nicest place in the world and in the Max areas the only exercise you get is walking around in the provided caged areas.

Although those I know who have been for little things like hijacking planes and little things like that ( πŸ˜† ) told me that weights, boxing and all round fitness is encouraged, and the food ain’t that bad, depends on the cook that week and if you’ve upset them or not. πŸ˜†

Bodybuilding is a very expensive and time consuming activity if you want to be competitive at a high level. These guys need lots of money without working 10 hour days. There aren’t that many alternatives I guess.

Shame that he got into that business but good to see that he has been stopped at least.
